The AARP driving course is March 29. The Investment Discussion Group meets on Monday, April 16 at 10:30AM at the Community Center. Harry Hitch asked for volunteers to be assistant secretaries of NCSMC.. Chefs are planning an August barbeque.

JESTER Russ Kinne told another Irish story of two mothers of 7 year olds.
SPEAKER: Dr. Sherman Bull, a several times climber of Mt Everest related his expedition to Nepal with eleven Iraqi and Afgan veterans who have had serious physical and mental problems from major combat. He lead them up Mt Lobusche( 20,000 feet) to the summit despite their various handicaps. It turned out to be a wonderful therapy for soldiers finding their way back to normal life. They included a blind person, one missing a leg, etc. The pictures were remarkable and showed the awesome feat they accomplished. Dr. Bull will be leading a similar group to the Andes in December.
